Avalon in Rancho Santa Fe
This spectacular luxury home remodel in Rancho Santa Fe is crafted with beautiful detail to show elegance and warmth. With architecture by Island Architect and design by Dolezal, this home features custom craftsmanship and exquisite materials throughout.
Craftsman in Hawaii
This extraordinary oceanfront home is constructed in the Hawaiian craftsman style and is located in the beautiful country ambiance of the North Shore”. Architecture by Mason Architecture.
Nantucket in Del Mar
This beautiful Nantucket style home is just steps from the surf and sand in Del Mar. Architecture was by Carl Linden and designed by Doug Dolezal.
French Traditional in Fairbanks
This home, originally constructed in 1985, was completely remodeled in 2000 with all new finishes, an added guest house, an expanded master bath, an expanded entry, all new hardscape and landscape. The architecture is rather formal in a "French Country" style.
Rancho Santa Fe Master Suite Remodel
We completely gutted and remodeled the existing master suite of this California ranch style home as per designs from Ken Ronchetti. Special attention was paid to the built in cabinetry for the closets and the stone work in the master bath.
Craftsman in La Jolla
On this craftsman style home we jacked up the structure, excavated and installed a full basement, then set the home back down on the new foundations. We also updated all the finishes throughout the home. Architecture by Island Architects, and interior designs by Suzanne Rheinstein.
Rancho Santa Fe Contemporary
We constructed this new home from the ground up in a contemporary style to emphasis the views and disappearing edge pool. Architecture and designs were by Arthur Porras.
Craftsman in La Jolla
This home was completely renovated and a second story added in an all craftsman style. Architecture was by Trip Bennett, interior designs were by Pam Smith.
Brick Mansion
This is a new home that we constructed from the ground up for a member of the Japanese royal family. It features extensive exterior brick work, beautiful interior woodwork and wonderful views of the golf course.
Stone Mansion
This is another new home that we constructed from the ground up that features exterior cobble stone veneers that we reclaimed from the streets of San Francisco. It also has extensive interior woodwork and even some copper ceilings.
Del Mar Contemporary
This home was extensively remodeled and had additions installed for a new master suite and spa. Much of the work was done in the round and the style was much in the vein of Frank Lloyd Wright. Architecture and interior designs by Marc Tarasuck.
Florence in La Jolla
This home is new from the ground up and includes many true Tuscan features and designs. The disappearing edge pool sets the stage for a beautiful ocean view. Some of the materials used in the finish's of this home are original from Italy.
Tuscan Style
This home was a complete remodel and addition in the Tuscan style. Challenges included adding a subterranean basement and the addition of a three story stair tower.
